A Raw Food Cleanse Diet can be beneficial to your body. The 80 10 10 diet is one type that you can try. It was developed by Dr. Douglas Graham. This weight loss plan is not a traditional regime that offers a mix of vegetables, carbohydrates, fish and other animal products. In fact, this plan to lose weight is biased towards the fruitarian lifestyle.

If you already eating this way, chances are, you probably don’t need to make major adjustments. However, for people who are not accustomed to consuming lots of fruits every day, it is a big change.

There is not cooking time involved and if you are making a salad, you can dice up some mangoes or create melon balls in a short time. Fruits are also easy to transport. The 80 10 10 diet describes the ratio of fruits to fat that you should have in your daily meals. 80:10:10= Carbohydrates: Protein: Fat. The meal plans that Dr. Graham recommends excludes cooked carbohydrates. These would be green bananas, sweet potatoes, yams, etc. You are not supposed to eat anything cooked on this meal plan. I don’t know if that would work for me.
